Lou originally trained as a Dancer before finding her passion for fitness industry.
Lou's Professional Dance career reaches back almost 15 years where she performed and choreographed for many dance troupes and theatre companies in England and abroad.
After a few years of moving from one country to another, Lou decided to ‘settle down’, she went onto train with YMCA to become a fitness instructor and then continued her training with various other companies. She has been teaching classes and training clients for over 10 years now. Lou has worked in a number of gyms alongside Fit2Fab (sister company) and is finally living her dream of creating and running her studio Barre Red.
At the studio, Lou teaches Pilates, Barre, Yoga Flow, HIIT and Fitsteps.
Linda started practicing Yoga when she was 15 in a time when it was pretty much unheard of. She has been teaching Yoga for over 35 years now and still has the same passion for Yoga as she did when she first started practising.
'I often heard people comment they could never do yoga as they are not flexible enough! When that is one of he reasons why they should be giving it a go; to become more flexible. It is a wonderful moment when someone tells me they can move more freely after doing yoga for a couple months.'
Linda teaches classes all over Rutland and will be teaching Hatha Yoga at Barre Red.
